I really didn't ever think it would have to come down to this but the truth is I don't really have a choice. They only made him not have to testify in our original case because his lawyer told them he said it was all an accident.
The truth is the police and commonwealth screwed the pooch and he is now getting the side effects of that.
Wish he were smarter or a better person because the fact is you cant go around telling everyone that someone did something that you haven't proven they did. And maybe we didn't want to push it and incriminate you for a felony but now after all you have done and the fact that I cant go to shows have spent 30 k and been to court 22 times . I cannot take it anymore . and I am using Facebook messages from 2009 til now and recordings from friends he fide up and talked to.

He is going down, and all he had to do was keep his promise well I'm keeping mine and suing him so he will have to face it ,

You didn't have to lie, and all the evidence clearly says you lied. I hope you like losing the next 10 years of your life cause you stole ten years of hard work of mine
