So I know I said that I'm putting pics up just not taken any yet.
This is from yesterday (18/10/10) Went to the gym at 06:00 got in a good hour and a half. 7 mins on the bike warm up, 20 mins cross trainer, Upper body weights 36kg weight 2 sets of either 14,16 or 20 reps on 10 machines, then some weighted squats 3 sets at increaseing weights. Finished with 15mins on high steper max high/resistance average speed. Then off to work.
May of over did it to be honest as deltoids, traps, dorsi and pecs are killing me today.
But I won't be put off Will be headin back soon (within the next hour or so) Go me

Right so I've decided its time I re-start my profile and blog on here.
Its been a long time since I used this site for much other than out of habbit, im sure lots of us have been there.
So now I'm getting kind of settled in Aberdeen yet at the same time getting itchy feet.
I have a alright job that allows me to pay the bills with a bit left over for fun and games, its a challenging enough and is giveing me lots to put on the old c.v. lots of training.
Have made some good friends through work as well some wicked nights out, well for aberdeen anyway.
Also managed to get back in touch with quite a few old mates from back in the day also great.
However finding that people on the site up here are a littlew quieter than in Edinburgh or the Southwest (come aberdonians prove me wrong). To be fair that could just be a numbers thing.
So on here I've posted some face pics of me for the people in my friends list to see and I'm going to start using this as a blog for my new fitness/weightloss campaign.
As well as nights out and general random thoughts. But that will all start tomorrow (18/10/10) honest. there will also be some rants you have been warned

Im a big fan of the old Texas hold em'. Some of the best nights I've had has been a poker night with the lads, you know the deal; get in 5 or 6 crates of beer couple bags of crisps and the must have jelly babies (yes you read that right jelly babies its kinda become a tradition of ours over the years) . Lay the table out and have a good night of it , the banter is always top quality although has been know to take the odd trip to the gutter but thats Lads.
Don't think I'm sexist I have poker night with the girls too.
Which turned out to be just as fun after the initial learning curve. It was just as much fun with lots of cocktails made up many of our own, had a great place outside Stonehaven it was a total poker house always lots of booze table always set up.
Have always wanted to try strip poker with a group of swingers does anyone have some advice on how that should work ?

Well acttually i got it done nearly a month ago but hav been far to busy to post on here.

As a few of you know last summer i was gutted by my doctor due to an inflamed large intestine which wouldnt respond to treatment, so they whipped the bastard thing out.
This has left me with a colostomy bag which is a pain and understandably some people find this off putting ( dont blame them especially if its just one off fun ur looking for).
Was ment to hav a reversal operation this summer but never heard word from the hospital despite leaving numerous messages. Leaving me pissed off
Anyway just thought id post this to save telling people all the time about it and to have a wee rant.
I am aware that this is my second odd blogg on here but oh well.

Last nite went out with sum mates last nite in Chelt spent most of the nite in revolution which was good as always cheap drink and the place was hoaching with sum real stunning ladies, having had a fair few we wanted to head sumwhere a bit more lively u know dance floor ect but bloody moda with its one in one out huge fucking cue put an end to that plan i mean is it not a bout time chelt had a good sized nite club even a liquid would do.
So wot started out as a good nite kinda just died out due to lack of venue although the barmaid in revolution was seriously hot which did make up for it.
Not sure if anyone really cares bout ready this since there was no sex involved but im just a bit bored so figured id post this ramblings lol

Hello all I havnt been online for like 3 weeks due to my laptop being shit and moving house; Im now living down in Gloucester near Kingsholm which is cool, but fear not all you people up in Scotland as i will still visit u all but may need a place to crash all invites welcome.
