 Great post like always. Based on what you have posted I would probably identify as a demisexual. The first one about not craving touch doesn't quite fit because I love cuddling, but that still needs to be with the right person. Not sure about the hookup culture one either. I'm not into spontaneous hookups with someone new, but I'm okay with an ongoing friends with benefits relationship which I know won't lead to a relationship.
