Although I think he is a liability as a president, I am pretty sure he is not into drugs. It is well documented that he doesnt drink alcohol as his brother died from excessive consumption of alcohol. So if he is not in to alcohol I m pretty sure he doesnt do drugs. but no, no alcohol does not automatically mean not doing anything else. no offense intended, just a relevant observation - but ever watch how an ex-alcoholic smokes cigarettes? like an entire one in like two or three gigantic drags? yes, he does often seems disconnected and disoriented . . .  and when he tweets 24/7, he cant type to save his life. should be easy with such little hands "well only get through this if we work together. if we dont, none of us will"
