What is a gentleman?

She writes that she wants to find a gentleman.
Hmmmm.

So, what is a gentleman?

I don't think she meant it as a code word for someone to take care of her.
More likely means someone that has some courtesy and some taste.

Would a gentleman be any less of a gentleman if she knew how his eyes lovingly caress her lovely legs as she swings them out from the car while he holds the door open or her graceful shoulders as he seats her or how he admires her sexy sway as she passes through the door he opened for her?

So, ladies, what is a gentleman to you?
