Five 8s rule In order to avoid overindulging and practice healthy eating habits the 88888 rule of living was formulated. They are ........ Stop eating 80% before you are full. Have dinner before 8pm. Drink 8 glasses of water per day. Sleep at least 8 hours. Walk 80,000 steps daily. The first 4 rules can be achieved but the last of 80,000 steps seem far-fetched for most people. Been wondering how many kms/miles could it be? . |
