RIP Michael Jackson, Farrah Faucet & Ed McMahon
RIP Michael Jackson, Farrah Faucet & Ed McMahon Today the world lost perhaps one of the most beautiful women who ever walked the planet, Farah Faucet. I was a when she was on Charlie's Angels but I remember being awe struck by her beauty. Her poster was one of, if not THE highest grossing poster of all time. We also lost Michael Jackson. Say what you want about him BUT NOBODY could deny his talent. I used to be a huge fan when I was young. I, for one, appreciate the contributions he made to the music industry and am sad to see him die so young. We also recently lost Ed McMahon. I never really got into The Tonight Show so I was unfamiliar with alot of Ed's work. I was lucky enough to catch a very kewl documentary covering his career & I must say, the man was HILARIOUS! I love comedians who can laugh at themselves and Ed McMahon was a master at it. MAY THEY REST IN PEACE |

They say these things happen in threes and these are three REALLY BIG ONES all within one week. I actually first saw the Jackson 5 in the early 70's on the Tonight Show performing their hit Dancing Machine. Michael appeared to be sliding across the floor just like an air hockey puck! It was just so far beyond anything we'd sen before that my brother and I though he was from outer space. I also think that performance had the one of the first ever examples of "robot dancing" which was done by the entire Jackson 5 ensemble. I saw the dateline special on Farrah last night and discovered that she really was WAY more than just another pretty face. insert exploding bomb image here
