Update to Wish Me Luck!!!

My luck has not been to good as far as this goes...

I have been trying for weeks to quit smoking but is not worked to good. My will power has not been all that strong. I seem to do well when I'm away from my house but here my will power just seems to go.

I know I can do it. Because when I am away from home I don't smoke but I come home or go to work and I have an over powering feeling of having to smoke.

But I have not given up yet. I'm still going to keep trying and one of these days I will have the will power to not smoke at all. But if anyone has a good idea that might help I would love to hear it.

Chantix worked great for me, it's been 4 months now since I quit. I been smoking for almost 10 years, I tried stopping several times on my own and always failed. I get a craving for a cigarette maybe like once or twice a week, and it only lasted for 5 to 10 seconds. I actually hate the smell of smoke. lol It works good/great for some people, and for others it don't. But I would definitely recommend trying it, you need a prescription from the doctor though.

As far as quitting on your own, you should keep active as much as possible. The more you move around or keep busy, the less you'll think about smoking.

I wish luck with your battle, If you need any info/help/advice feel free to ask.
