Adults-Not

Why is that Adult act like sometimes? I don't get it. We are suppose to be adults, we should act like adults. This blog is written not because of something that has happen here on the site. But there are a few that I have meet here who don't act much different than the two people I saw today. Went into work today, walked in the door ready to walk to my box, to see if there were any changes since I left this morning.

But when I walked I was stopped at the door. When I saw two co-workers, one on one side of the room and the other on the others side arguing. With the boss standing in the middle. It took me a min to figure out what was going on. Still don't know what started or really what it was all about but I did figure out that it was personal and had no business being air out at work. Figure out they were both acting like instead of the adults they are! After it was said and done and one of them left the room. I found out it was not the first time that happened between them.

It is wrong, one of them that had started it, could have pick a better time to do it. But she picked to start it in front of the other drivers. What is suppose to be us having to choose which side to be on? Who is the better friend and choose to which one is the better? Did we grow out of that behavior when we were in high school?

Found out to this was all about gossip! Two people mad and arguing because someone told them the other one was talking about them. Who the hell cares? As long as you know it is not true who care what they think? Doesn't make sense to me. I hear a lot of gossip and sometimes it is even funny. But if I answered everything that I heard was being said about me I would be an unhappy person...and always fighting with someone.

You can think and say whatever you wish about me. I don't care! There might be somethings that might hurt me but I'm not going to show it or argue with the person about it. It does me no good.

What I would like to know is what you think? Would you think if you came to work and right into the middle of something like that?

 Well when arguments start from gossip it is childess. She should had tried to find out some facts first without saying anything. If its true the yes figure out the best place to confront the other person. We do act like children and I don't have a good answer for you.
