The South Carolina Gamecocks lost to the Connecticut Huskies today in the papa johns bowl. This brings UCONN's total number of bowl wins in school history to 5, which unfortunately is 1 more than the 4 bowl games USC has won in it's history. While this may not sound like much, the bad part is that USC has been playing "major" college football for about 100 years. UCONN's program has only been in Division 1 (bowl subdivision) since 2002!
